How we got here

Amy and Isabel met in 2010 and have shot many projects together, most recently the multi-award nominated short film National Anthem. Over the years, both Amy and Isabel have always wanted to move into feature films and in 2018 they decided it was time to finally make the leap.

Amy H C Wilson

Producer, Co-Founder of Homecoming Films

With a background in the camera department, Amy has spent her career bringing other peoples visions to life, and while she continues to love every minute of it - it’s time to do it for herself.
The journey of filmmaking, developing something from concept to execution, has been the most exciting challenge of her career, which makes having a capable and supportive team vital. This is something Isabel and Amy have found together.

After graduating from Film School as runner up Best Cinematographer 2010, Amy has spent the past 8 years working in both Film and TV, with credits such as Star Wars: Rogue One 2015, Ben Wheatley’s Happy New Year, Colin Burstead 2018 and BBC’s Silent Witness 2018.

Across that time, Amy has shot numerous short films, most recently winning the Best Cinematographer Award at the European Cinematography Awards 2018 Today is a Good Day, she was also nominated for Best Cinematography at Around Films International Film Festival 2018 Knock at the Door and nominated for Best Cinematography at Fisheye International Film Festival 2018 Knock at the Door.
